When I was little, the drive to an amusement park was pretty exciting. I recall looking out of the car window each time to see if I could already spot a roller coaster or drop tower on the horizon. Even if we still had 20 miles to drive. That’s kids logic for ya. But as it turns out, that feeling of nervousness and excitement apparently never goes away.
Last summer, our group of 4 flew to the United States to ride roller coasters. We arrived in Toronto and visited the Niagara Falls before going to Buffalo. Next stop? Cedar Point.
We woke up at 4am for a 5 hour drive from downtown Buffalo, New York to Sandusky, Ohio. After playing some car games and stopping to get snacks (duh), we were finally getting close to Cedar Point. Here’s the video of what happened in the car during those last few miles.
